We have in our standard offer rubber conveyor belts of following tension strengths: 160, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 630 N/mm. Bigger tension strengths (up to 3150 N/mm) are available upon request. The working load is 10% of tension strength.

The standard series is build byjointing two to seven polyester polyamide plies and are suitable for high specific loads with low elongation and high transverse flexibility capable of absorbing deformation from impact loads over transition zones.

The belts are covered with rubber blend materials with specific features for withstanding external features against wear, tears and cuts even in the presence of heat, oily residues or acids from the transported materials. Types and characteristics if covering are shown in table.
